Azerbaijan University of Languages hosts conference on information exchange with Japanese businessmen

Baku, March 6 AZERTAC A conference titled “Information exchange with Japanese businessmen” has been held at the Azerbaijan University of Languages (AUL) as part of the visit of a delegation of Japanese businessmen to the country. Vice Rector Vazeh Asgarov provided an insight into the activity of the Japanese Language and Culture Centre, as well as the teaching of Japanese language at the university. Employee of AUL, member of Azerbaijani-Japanese coordination committee Yashar Ibrahimov highlighted the aim of the conference. Speakers drew the audience`s attention to Azerbaijan`s economic development, and investment opportunities in the country. The participants of the conference exchanged views over the creation of favourable conditions for businessmen of both countries. The conference brought together 27 Japanese businessmen, about 50 Azerbaijani teachers and students. The participants received books about Azerbaijan.
