Azerbaijani ambassador meets Lithuanian Transport and Communications Minister

Vilnius, October 26 (AzerTAc). Azerbaijan`s ambassador to Lithuania Hasan Mammadzade has met the country`s Minister of Transport and Communications Eligijus Masiulis. During the meeting, they discussed bilateral relations between the two countries, stressing the necessity of strengthening existing ties in the fields of transport and information technology. Mammadzade said Azerbaijan was interested in expansion of cooperation with Lithuania in the fields of transport and information technology. They also discussed a visit of Lithuanian Transport and Communications Minister Eligijus Masiulis to Azerbaijan on November 4-5. Masiulis said Lithuania attaches great importance to cooperation with Azerbaijan. During the trip to Azerbaijan, the Lithuanian Minister will visit the BakuTel-2012, international telecommunications and information technologies exhibition.
