Azerbaijani play staged in Northern Cyprus

Ankara, February 6 (AzerTAc). “The murderer”, a play based on the novel by People’s Writer of Azerbaijan Elchin, has been staged in the State Theatre of Northern Cyprus. Director of the Northern Cyprus State Theatre Hakan Yozcu said the play was staged on the basis of the protocol signed between the Azerbaijan State Academic National Drama Theatre and State Theatre of Northern Cyprus. The play’s director is Mehriban Alakberzade, while the assistant director is Yilsay Ozbudak. The play will be performed on February 8, in Ataturk Cultural Center, Lefkosia.
