Baku, Azerbaijan, Aug. 26 Trend: President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and his spouse, First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva have attended the opening of newly-built secondary school No. 23 in Baku. The president cut the ribbon symbolizing the official opening of the facility. President Aliyev and Mehriban Aliyeva reviewed the school. At the end of the opening ceremony students staged a show.
