Azerbaijani students win two medals at International Mendeleev Chemistry Olympiad

Baku, May 1, AZERTAC Azerbaijani students have claimed two medals at the 51st International Mendeleev Chemistry Olympiad in Astana. Student of Classic Gymnasium No 160 Nariman Mirishov won silver, while student of Istak lyceum Ramil Babazade grabbed bronze. Nearly 120 students from 20 countries contested medals in the Olympiad. Azerbaijani students have won four gold, seven silver and 30 bronze medals at the International Mendeleev Chemistry Olympiads so far. The winners will earn the right to enroll at Lomonosov Moscow State University without taking entrance exams.
