BACA President meets with Italian Minister of Culture

Rome, Feb. 18 (BNA): President of Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities (BACA), Shaikha Mai bint Mohammed Al Khalifa, met today at the Italian Ministry of Culture with Italian Minister of Culture, Dario Franceschini, in the presence of Bahraini Ambassador to Italy, Dr. Nasser Mohammed Al Balushi. Shaikha Mai expressed happiness about the meeting which reflects strong relations between the two friendly countries in the cultural field. She also stressed the importance of promoting the cultural sector at the international level, particularly in light of the challenges facing it over the past two years.
