BACA President receives Etihad Airways for Northern Gulf General Manager

Manama, Dec. 9 (BNA): President of Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities (BACA) Shaikha Mai bint Mohammed Al Khalifa received today a delegation from Etihad Airways company led by General Manager for Northern Gulf Hussam Al-Aseeri. They discussed cooperation between BACA and the company which will be the main sponsor of the Cultural Tourism Passport Award by providing winners with 21 travel tickets. The names of the winners will be announced at a ceremony to be held at the Arab Regional Center for World Heritage on December 18 as part of the kingdom's festivities to mark the National and Accession Days. Shaikh Mai thanked Mr. Al-Aseeri and Etihad Airways for their support to the cultural movement in Bahrain, pointing out the need for concerted efforts to preserve cultural heritage.
