BACA President receives Muharraq Police Director

Manama, Aug 8 (BNA): President of Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities (BACA), Shaikha Mai bint Mohammed Al Khalifa, today discussed with Muharraq Police Director, Brigadier Fawaz Hassan Al Hassan, the progress of the Pearl Route project.  The BACA President welcomed the level of cooperation with the Muharraq Police and their support for Muharraq cultural event, mainly Bahrain’s celebrations of Muharraq as the capital of Islamic culture 2018 and the Bahrain Summer Festivals being held near Arad Fort. She attached great significance to cooperation in improving government performance and promoting the national development projects. Brigadier Al Hassan praised the BACA’s effort to highlight Muharraq culture and history, stressing to maintain cooperation.
