Bahrain’s cultural activities hailed

Manama, June23 (BNA): British Ambassador to Manama Simon Martin affirmed his country’s support to cultural activities in the Kingdom of Bahrain. He hailed the ongoing cultural activities round the year, commending Bahrain’s rich heritage. He made the statement as he visited the 10th edition of Nakhool Tent, being held at Arad Fort as part of Muharraq Capital of Islamic Culture 2018. He highlighted the variety of activities lined up at Nakhool Tent, stressing the keenness of many British families to attend the events and get a taste of Bahraini society, culture and traditions. In a statement of Bahrain News Agency (BNA), he said that Nakhool tent, with its varied activities, represents a good opportunity for British youngsters living in Bahrain to know more about deep-rooted traditions.
