Manama, July 4(BNA): The Third High-level Political Forum on Sustainable Development (HLPF 3) will be held under the auspices of the UN Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) in New York on July 6-9. Social Development Minister Faeqa bint Said Al-Saleh will lead Bahrain’s delegation to the symposium, scheduled to be held under the theme "'Strengthening integration, implementation and review - the HLPF after 2015'. The delegation will present "Bahrain’s Document", a declaration endorsed at the High-level Arab Forum on Sustainable Development which was held last May in Manama under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al-Khalifa. The Kingdom of Bahrain organized the pan-Arab forum in cooperation with the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (UN-ESCWA), the UN Environment Programme (UNEP) and the Arab League. Al-Saleh stressed the crucial importance of taking part in the forthcoming forum to convey the opinion of the Arab group to the world through the Bahrain's declaration.
