Bahrain Day on Wednesday in Hungary

Manama, Sep.3 (BNA): The Bahrain Day will held in the city of Baja in Hungary on Wednesday (Sep 5). The Isa Cultural Centre will organize the event as part of its participation as a Guest of Honour at the Seven Hills International Film Festival (SHIFF). Bahraini Maestro Waheed Al-Khan will stage a concert as part of Bahrain Day, accompanied by Bahraini musicians and a renowned Hungarian orchestra to perform tunes of his album, ‘Return’, translating the values and memories inspired by the reality of co-existence in Bahraini society in the present and the past. Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees and Executive Director of the Isa Cultural Centre, and Board of Trustees Chairman of the King Hamad Global Centre for Peaceful Co-existence, Dr. Shaikh Khalid bin Khalifa Al Khalifa said that an exhibition showcasing photographs and paintings, made by brilliant Bahraini talents, and showcasing Bahrain’s reality, landmarks and rich history will be presented in the gallery to be held on the sidelines of the ‘Bahrain Day’.
