Bahrain hosts First MENAPAR Conference

Manama: April 23 – (BNA): The Kingdom of Bahrain hosts the First Public Administration Research Conference for the Middle East and North Africa (MENAPAR) in association with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). The two-day event is organized by the Bahrain Institute for Public Administration (BIPA) in collaboration with the UNDP and partnership with the International Institute for Administrative Sciences, the International Association of Schools and Institutes of Public Administration (IASIA). The Bahrain Public Administration Institute (BIPA)'s director Dr. Raed Mohammed bin Shams delivered the inaugural speech in which he said that this official launching for the group in Manama has come after fruitful, methodical efforts of public administration research work in the Arabic-speaking regions of the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) emanating from the culture of these countries and ancient Arabian history.
