Bahrain, Israel review cooperation, issues of shared interest

Munich, Feb. 20 (BNA): The Undersecretary for Political Affairs Dr. Shaikh Abdullah bin Ahmed Al Khalifa met with Israel's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense Benny Gantz, on the sidelines of the 58th Munich Security Conference. The two sides stressed the importance of intensifying joint efforts to maintain security and stability in the region and to promote peace regionally and internationally. The meeting also discussed the development of bilateral cooperation, and a number of issues of shared interest.
