Bahrain leadership congratulated by Shura Council Chairman

Manama, Sept. 3 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received a cable of congratulations from Shura Council Chairman Ali bin Saleh Al Saleh on Bahrain’s international sport achievement in the 18th Asian Games which concluded in the Indonesian capital Jakarta. Bagging 26 different medals in various games, Al Saleh described the kingdom’s accomplishment as the dividend of the unlimited royal support to the sport movement in Bahrain. He also lauded the support and directives of Representative of HM the King for Charity Work and Youth Affairs, Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sport and President of Bahrain Olympic Committee Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa. The Shura Council Chairman affirmed that the unprecedented achievement was the result of comprehensive work and continuous efforts by dedicated Bahraini people. He described it as an extension of distinguished accomplishments that assert success of the reform march spearheaded by HM the King wisely and competently for the growth and prosperity of Bahrain.  His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Premier received similar cables from the Shura Council Chairman. Representative of HM the King for Charity Work and Youth Affairs, Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sport, President of Bahrain Olympic Committee, Board of Trustees Chairman of the Royal Charity Organisation and Captain of the Royal Endurance Team Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa also received a similar congratulatory cable.
