Manama, Sept. 23 -- (BNA): Below are important headlines of Bahrain's newspapers on local events: HM King issues Royal Decrees: Parliamentary elections on November 22. Redistribution of electoral constituencies: 10 constituencies for the Capital, 8 for Muharraq, 12 for the Northern and 10 for the Southern governorates. Cancellation of Central governorate: its constituencies redistributed to the Capital and Southern governorates. Second round (runoff) elections will be on November 29; elections will be conducted at Kingdom's embassies abroad on November 18. Door will be open for candidacy on October 15. HRH Prime Minister: All are partners in national decision-making. Bahrain relies on its people – its real wealth and asset for the future, Premier declared yesterday. International insurance firms to join Bahrain Real Estate Development Company soon. Kingdom's Consulate in Jeddah urges Bahraini hajj pilgrims to comply with applicable regulations. Pilgrims should get prior vaccination. Hajj pilgrims should have obtained prior official permit. Bahraini hajj pilgrims should use land transportation inside Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Pilgrims should not accommodate any violators. Violators of hajj regulations will be held legally accountable and sued before the competent courts. (IY)
