Bahrain, Russia sign extradition agreement

06 : 28 PM - 27/05/2016 Moscow, May 27 (BNA): The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa and the Minister of Justice of the Russian Fedration Mr. Alexander Konovalov, signed today an Agreement on Extradition, as part of the steps taken by the two countries to enhance mutual cooperation at all levels. The Foreign Minister affirmed that the signing of this agreement reflects the development of relations between the two countries and their keenness to broaden cooperation and promote coordination mechanisms on various regional and international issues and in all forums. Mr. Konovalov hailed the signing of the agreement, and stressed Russia’s keenness to improve and promote all aspects of joint cooperation with the Kingdom of Bahrain, wishing the kingdom further progress and prosperity.
