Bahrain-US growing economic ties hailed

Manama, May 26 (BNA): Industry, Commerce and Tourism Minister Zayed bin Rashid Alzayani received a US Congress delegation, led by Darrell Issa, currently on visit to the Kingdom of Bahrain. The audience was attended US Ambassador to Bahrain Justin Siberell and Assistant Undersecretary for External Commerce Eman Ahmed Al-Dosari. The meeting focused on strong bilateral relations binding the Kingdom of Bahrain and the United States of America, as well as efforts to consolidate joint ties. The minister underlined Bahrain’s economic outlook and the Government’s initiatives, which contributed to promoting the Kingdom as an attractive destination for world projects. He commended growing trade and economic relations which yielded the Free Trade Agreement (FTA) that boosted the volume of trade exchanges.
