Bahrain welcomes commends Latvian and Slovenian Governments’ decisions

Manama, Dec.1 (BNA): The Kingdom of Bahrain welcomed the decision of the governments of the Republic of Latvia and the Republic of Slovenia to designate Hezbollah as a terrorist organization. The Foreign Minister said that the decision is a constructive and pivotal step taken in support of efforts to confront this terrorist organisation and combat its activities. It commended the efforts of Latvia and Slovenia in combating terrorism and confronting dangerous terrorist organisations and all its branches. It stressed the need to strengthen the efforts of the international community aimed at eliminating extremism and terrorism in all its forms and manifestations and to dry up its sources of funding.
