Bahrain welcomes Makkah meeting outcomes

Manama, June 11 (BNA): Bahrain has welcomed "the meeting held in Makkah between the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud of Saudi Arabia, His Majesty King Abdullah II of Jordan, His Highness the Amir of Kuwait, Shaikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and the Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, to discuss the economic crisis in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and ways to end it, affirming that the important results reached will contribute to enhancing stability and supporting the development efforts in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan for the good and prosperity of the brotherly people." "The Kingdom of Bahrain appreciates the generous initiative of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to hold this important meeting, reflecting his genuine approach to supporting brothers and keenness to establish security and peace in all the countries of the region," added the ministry statement issued today. "The Kingdom of Bahrain expresses its sincere appreciation for the steadfast efforts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and the State of Kuwait, hailing their great contributions in supporting and serving the issues of the Arab and Islamic nations."
