Bahraini-British cultural cooperation discussed

Manama, Aug 9 (BNA): President of Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities, Shaikha Mai bint Mohammed Al Khalifa, today received Director-General Diane Elizabeth Lees, of the British Imperial War Museum and the accompanying delegation. Bilateral friendship relations were reviewed, in addition to aspects of cooperation between the Bahrain National Museum and Imperial War Museum. The BACA President commended the ongoing cooperation with the British cultural institutes, including the 2016 Spitfire Show held at the National Museum of Bahrain to coincide with the Bahraini-British relations bicentenary celebrations.
