Bahraini, Saudi kings review regional, global developments

Dhahran, Apr. 15 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bi Isa Al Khalifa, today at the King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture, met the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz, on the sidelines of HM the King’s participation in the Arab Summit. 

HM the King voiced appreciation for the warm welcome and hospitality, while the Saudi monarch expressed thanks to HM the King for accepting the invitation for participating in the 29th Arab League Summit (Dhahran Summit). 

The two leaders highlighted delight in the advanced level of the longstanding fraternal ties binding the two kingdoms, expressing resolve to constantly promote them to benefit their people and joint interests. 

Regional and international developments were also reviewed. 

The two monarchs expressed optimism about the Dhahran Summit to produce resolutions to contribute to boosting joint Arab action, solidarity and bringing economic and trade development to push the development march in the interest of Arab nation. 

HM the King pointed out the Saudi leading role in championing Arab causes and interests. He lauded the huge efforts of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to unify Arab stance to stand against various challenges.
