Bahraini-Spanish relations stressed

Manama, Nov 25 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, today at Sakhir Palace, received former King Juan Carlos of Spain on the occasion of visiting the country. HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, and HM the King's Personal Representative Shaikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Khalifa also attended the meeting. HM the King reviewed friendship and cooperation relations between the two kingdoms, hailing mutual keenness on promoting them in various fields. HM the King expressed appreciation of King Juan Carlos' role in enhancing Bahraini-Spanish relations. HM the King hosted a dinner banquet in honour of King Juan Carlos attended by senior members of the Royal Family.
