BCCI chief receives Tunisian ambassador

Manama, July 10 (BNA): Chairman of the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI), Samir Abdulla Nass, has lauded the efforts exerted by the Tunisian Ambassador to open up new horizons of bilateral cooperation in the commercial, business and investment sectors, strengthen joint cooperation, encourage joint projects and remove obstacles facing the business sectors in the two countries. Nass was speaking while receiving the outgoing Tunisian Ambassador to Bahrain, Mohammed bin Youssef, in the presence of Acting CEO, Aref Ahmed Hijres, and BCCI board member, Ahmed Sabah Al-Salloum. BCCI chief praised the tremendous efforts exerted by the ambassador throughout his tenure to consolidate bilateral relations and joint action. He lauded the level reached by relations between the two countries, wishing the envoy every success in his future assignments. The Tunisian ambassador expressed sincere thanks to BCCI chairman and members for their cooperation with him, noting that the two countries’ economic relations will be enhanced further thanks to the efforts of their governments, as well as the initiatives of businessmen and the private sector in Bahrain and Tunisia. He wished the joint Bahraini-Tunisian commercial activities every success.
