Belgrade, Tehran may cooperate on urban services

Belgrade, July 2, IRNA – Belgrade is willing to cooperate with Tehran Municipality on development of urban services in Iranian capital city. Mayor of Belgrade Sinisa Mali in a meeting with Iran's Ambassador to Serbia Majid Fahimpour expressed interest in cooperating with Tehran Municipality on development of urban services. The ambassador invited the mayor Sinisa Mali to visit Iran to get acquainted with Tehran urban services such as bus, metro and other tourism services. He accepted the invitation and said that he will dispatch a team of experts from Belgrade Municipality to Tehran to examine the public services in the city. He expressed readiness for hosting Tehran Mayor Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf in Belgrade. Meanwhile, the two officials reviewed possibility of installing a sculpture of national characters of the two countries in Belgrade and Tehran.
