BelTA publishes Azerbaijani first lady`s interview with Trend agency

Baku, March 21 (AzerTAc). Belarusian Telegraph Agency, BelTA, has published Azerbaijani first lady, President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, UNESCO and ISESCO Goodwill Ambassador, chairwoman of the Organizing Committee of Eurovision-2012 Song Contest, Mehriban Aliyeva`s interview with Azerbaijani Trend news agency. In the interview, titled Eurovision 2012: In expectation of a great holiday, the Azerbaijani first lady highlights the preparatory work for the Euurovision-2012 Song Contest, which will take place in Baku in May. Mrs. Aliyeva says the event will be a great opportunity to promote Azerbaijan`s rich national, cultural and moral values. “The visitors will see how beautiful our Baku is, and how it combines architectural styles of the West and the East.” The first lady also draws attention to large-scale redevelopment and construction work across the Azerbaijani capital ahead of the Eurovision contest.
