BNA Chief, Omani officials discuss media cooperation

Manama, Sep. 6 (BNA): On the sidelines of his official visit to Oman, Bahrain News Agency’s Director-General Ahmed Mohammed Al Mana’i today paid a visit to the Public Authority for Radio and Television (PART), Oman Establishment for Press, Publication, Advertising (OEPPA) and Oman News Agency (ONA).  During his visit, Al Mana’i met PART’s Deputy Chairman Nasser bin Sulaiman Al Sibani, OEPPA’s Acting CEO Saif bin Saud Al Mahrooqi and ONA’s Director-General Dr. Mohammed bin Mubarak Al-Araimi, and was briefed on work procedures, systems and flows to upgrade the media sector there.  Ways to promote cooperation, mainly the exchange of news, photos and training courses, were discussed.
