Book linking Iranians to Parisians ready for publication

TEHRAN,Nov.11(MNA) – The Iranian author Amir-Saeid Elahi compiled a book that chronicles the historical relationships between Iranians and Parisians. Entitled “We and Paris”, the book will be released by the Abadboom Publications in the near future. The book focuses on the relationship between politicians of the two nations in various historical periods. The book covers the relationship between Iranian and French officials since the first Iranian envoys were sent to Paris during the Safavid period (1501-1722). Part of the book is dedicated to the life of the Founder of the Islamic Republic, Imam Khomeini, before the victory of the Islamic Revolution of 1979, when he was in exile in Neauphle-le-Château near Paris. Saeid-Elahi has used numerous historical sources to compile the book.
