Broad Presence Of Italians At Iran Booths In Milan Exhibition

Rome, Dec 8, IRNA – Iranian products presented at The 17th International Crafts Selling Exhibition in northern part of Italy has received broad of enthusiastic presence of Italian visitors during first seven days of this event. According to IRNA, the Iranian booths have been packed with visitors ever since Saturday December the 1st, the opening day of the exhibition. The Iranian participants at The 17th International Crafts Selling Exhibition have presented handicrafts, Persian rugs and carpets, miniature paintings, inlaid woodworks and different types of Iranian food to get the visitors acquainted with the Iranian arts and culture. At this exhibition which would end on Sunday December 19th participants from 110 countries around the globe have presented their goods in 2900 booths of the exhibition which are spread at a 150 thousand square meter area. Last year over three million people visited this exhibition. The visitors of the exhibition can in addition to getting acquainted with the arts and culture of the other countries also buy the handicrafts and other goods and taste their food, thus gaining a rough image of various cultures. Consul General of Islamic Republic of Iran in Milan, Mohsen Aminzadeh, Head of the The 17th International Crafts Selling exhibition Dr. Antonio Intilietta, Manager of Center for Iran-Italia Cultural and Economic Cooperation (CICE) and member of board of directors of an Iranian tourism organization Mahmoud Karami were present at the opening ceremony of this exhibition. The 17th International Crafts Selling exhibition AF-L'ARTIGIANO IN FIERA will is being held in the pavilions of Fieramilano (Rho-Pero, Milan, Italy) on December 1-9, 2012. Last years some 2,900 exhibitors, over 3 million visitors from 110 countries of the world made Artigiano in Fiera the most important exhibition of its class.
