Capital Governorate to host renowned photographer

Manama, May 24 (BNA): Under the patronage of Shaikh Hisham bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa, the Capital Governorate Governor, Downtown Rotana Hotel, Manama, is all set to host the internationally renowned National Geographic Magazine photographer and editor, Professor Arne Hodalic, on Friday, 27th May, 2016 as part of his maiden tour around the Kingdom of Bahrain. The programme will include workshops that are set to take place for two days on 27th and 28th of May at the Downtown Rotana Hotel. The Al Maha Hall in the hotel is also set to embrace an auction during these days to sell to the highest bidder, the most mesmerizing photo. The event will take place on 27th May at 7pm. The workshop will shed immense light on individual photography skills through many theoretical and practical activities. Moreover, the participants will have the opportunity to share their skills and key abilities under the supervision of the esteemed Professor Arne Hodali? and their photos will be evaluated by the professor himself. During this workshop, the best photos taken by the participants will be announced in addition to participation certificates for all. It is worth mentioning that the international photographer, Professor Arne Hodali? worked with many renowned global agencies and covered many events across the world. He now works with the world known, National Geographic Magazine (Slovenia edition), and he Member of Diplomatic Protocol Society which is organizer of the event. Countless number of international newspapers and magazines are known to often compete to publish his photos including National Geographic Magazine in USA and editions in 27 countries, TIME magazine, Figaro magazine, COSMOPOLITAN, Marie Claire and many others.
