Caretaker Thai PM presents Children’s Day 2014 motto

BANGKOK, December 17 (TNA) - Thailand's Caretaker Prime Minister and Defence Minister Yingluck Shinawatra has presented her motto for National Children’s Day 2014. Government Spokesman Teerat Ratanasevi told journalists on Tuesday, after the Cabinet's weekly meeting, that the caretaker prime minister's motto for the forthcoming National Children’s Day, which falls on January 11, 2014, is “Be grateful, Observe duties, Be good, Be disciplined and Stabilize Thailand”. According to the government spokesman, National Children’s Day 2014 activities will be organized, among other places, at Bangkok's Government House as previous years. The spokesman revealed that the caretaker prime minister appointed her deputy secretary-general Renu Tunkachivangoon to supervise the handling of the National Children's Day 2014 at the Government House, where national youths can visit the Prime Minister’s office and sit in her chair, the highlights of every National Children's Day.(TNA)
