CDC briefs Thailand's new Charter to int'l envoys

BANGKOK, February 9 (TNA) - Representatives of 63 foreign embassies and 10 international organisations in Bangkok have been briefed on the content of Thailand's new Constitution draft. CDC Spokesman Norachit Singhaseni and a CDC member Supachai Yawaprapas invited the international diplomatic delegation for the briefing at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Thai capital on Tuesday. Issues of the new Thai Charter draft which received interest from the international envoys reportedly include the country's political framework, people's rights and freedom, anti-corruption and the roadmap on national reform toward Thailand's new general election in 2017.
