Chairman of Caucasian Muslims Office to attend international conference on extremism and takfir in Qom

Baku, November 21, AzerTAc Chairman of the Caucasian Muslims Office sheikhulislam Allahshukur Pashazade will attend “Extremist and Takfiri Groups in View of Muslim Scholars” international conference to take place in Qom, Iran, on November 23-24. The conference will be held under the auspices of Ayatollah Nasser Makarem Shirazi. Prominent Muslim scholars from more than 80 countries are expected to take part in the international event. The conference is aimed at raising the awareness about different aspects of the threat of takfir and extremism.
