Chairman of Supreme Assembly of Nakhchivan meets TURKPA Secretary General

Nakhchivan, October 27, AZERTAC Chairman of the Supreme Assembly of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Vasif Talibov has met TURKPA Secretary General Jandos Asanov. Mr Talibov stressed the importance of the TURKPA Secretary General`s visit to Nakhchivan. He mentioned the signing of the agreement on the establishment of TURKPA Council of Cooperation as part of the 9th Summit of the TURKPA heads of state in Nakhchivan. He also emphasized the role of the Autonomous Republic in expanding relations among Turkic speaking states. The TURKPA Secretary General said it was his first visit to Nakhchivan. Mr Asanov hailed the importance of Nakhchivan for the Turkic speaking states.
