City authority to prepare tourist guides

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Tourism authority of Ulaanbaatar launched a training session for Korean language guides on Monday. Mongolia annually receives some 40 thousand tourists from South Korea. However, the tourists and tourism agencies sometimes have difficulties in finding a decent guide or interpreter. After receiving requests from tour operators to conduct a training session for Korean guides, the Tourism authority decided to run this training with aim to properly cover ongoing insufficiency. A native speaker will teach the complementary training that will be held at off-duty hours until February 14.
