Conference to Transfer Qatar Research Strategy to Application: Al Sada Says

Doha, November 18 (QNA) - HE the Minister of Energy and Industry Dr. Mohammed bin Saleh Al Sada affirmed that the Qatar Foundation Annual Research Conference could transfer Qatar research strategy to application, which will in turn support the national economy and helps diversity. The Minister of Energy and Industry said that all state's institutions support efforts of Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development ( to achieve this end. Speaking at the opening session of the conference, which kicked off today at the Qatar National Convention Centre, Al Sada expressed pride over Qatar Foundation Annual Research Conference, which emphasizes the importance of research and its strategy in Qatar and reflects the priority given by the state, in this context, saying that Qatar's science and technology Park has become a monument causing pride to all Qataris.    He said that the Qatar Foundation laid the foundation for advanced research aimed to achieve Qatar's renaissance, vision and strategy for the diversification of the national economy, which is greatly dependent on energy.(QNA)
