Congratulations to Chadian FM

Pyongyang, May 15 (KCNA) -- Foreign Minister of the DPRK Ri Yong Ho Monday sent a congratulatory message to Mahamat Zene Cherif on his appointment as minister of Foreign Affairs, African Integration, International Cooperation and Overseas Compatriots of the Republic of Chad. The message wished him bigger success in his responsible work, expressing belief that the friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries would grow stronger. -0-
