Construction of Dwellings Progresses Apace

Pyongyang, June 18 (KCNA) -- It has been pushed forward in the DPRK to build dwellings along the Hyesan-Samjiyon railway, as part of the project to spruce up Samjiyon County. Rational methods have been applied to building their frameworks. Ministries and national institutions have sent building forces and fully supplied construction equipment and materials to Samjiyon County. Meanwhile, senior officials of ministries and national institutions, including the State Planning Commission, have acquainted themselves with problems arising in the construction and settled them immediately. Giving field guidance to Samjiyon County in December last year, the respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un called for completing dwellings along the Hyesan-Samjiyon railway at an early date by concentrating building forces and means on speeding up their construction. -0-
