Cooperation with UNESCO in human rights discussed

Manama, Mar. 31. (BNA) The Minister of Justice and Islamic Affairs Shaikh Khalid bin Ali Al Khalifa received here today the Education Minister Dr. Majid bin Ali Al-Nuaimi, who was accompanied by the Programme Specialist at UNESCO International Bureau of Education Dr. Renato Opertti. They discussed ways of enhancing cooperation through the development of educational programmes that promote human rights and develop the culture and spirit of tolerance among children and youth in religious education institutions. The Minister affirmed the importance of spreading the culture of tolerance in the institutions of religious education and fighting hatred discourses.
