Crimea to host conference on Azeri scientist`s activity

Baku, February 13 (AzerTAc). The first Crimean Turkology scientific conference entitled “The world of Bakir Chobanzade” will be held in Belogorsk, the Autonomous Republic of Crimea of Ukraine on May 23-25. The Charitable Foundation named after Bakir Chobanzade will organize the conference supported by local authorities and the Crimean Tatar Library named after Ismail Gasprinski. The conference will feature discussions on Belogorsk`s history, social-economic development in ancient times, folklore, literature, art, architecture and life and activities of prominent figures such as Bakir Chobanzade, Abdurrashid Madiyev, Vahbi Sheykhzade, Abdurrahman Gadri and others.
