Crimes in statistics

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ At a national level, 2,651 crimes were registered in January 2014. This is an increase by 324 or 13.9% against the previous year. The number of the crimes convicted have mainly grown due to the increase in crimes against the right of ownership (242), crimes against human life and health or physical well-being (47) against the previous year. 764 people got injured and 145 people died. The number of the injured increased 27 people or 3.7% and the number of deaths--by 11 people or 8.2% against the previous year.
