Crown Prince holds telephone call with Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi

Manama, Sep5(BNA): His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister today held a telephone call with His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nayhan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the United Arab Emirates Armed Forces. During the telephone conversation, His Royal Highness and His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan exchanged condolences in light of the deaths of the brave Bahraini and Emirati soldiers, who died fighting for the region’s safety in the southern borders of Saudi Arabia, as part of the Saudi-led coalition forces participating in 'Operation Restoring Hope'. His Royal Highness affirmed that the memories of the brave soldiers who died will never be forgotten and that their deaths serve as a reminder of the bravery and sacrifice our Gulf Cooperation Council armed forces make to keep our region safe. His Royal Highness and the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi discussed the two countries’ shared commitment to combat all forms of terrorism and violent extremism to achieve lasting peace and stability in the region.
