Crown Prince instructs swift delivery of housing units across the Kingdom

Manama, June 27 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, this evening visited the majlis of His Excellency Shaikh Salman bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, the majlis of Yousuf Abdul Wahab Al Hawaj, and the majlis of Abdul Hameed Abdul Jabbar Al Kooheji. During the majlis visits the Crown Prince highlighted that His Majesty’s development programme remains the cornerstone of Bahrain’s path to prosperity, and that this longstanding commitment continues to inform the nation’s progress in fulfilling citizens’ aspirations. In this regard, the Crown Prince ordered the swift delivery of housing units across the country, in line with the directives of His Majesty King Hamad and the Prime Minister, His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa. The Crown Prince spoke of the Kingdom’s progress in achieving prosperity for all its people, which he said is a key pillar of the Kingdom’s Economic Vision 2030, and which will help strengthen the private sector’s role in driving economic growth. The Crown Prince also highlighted that the Kingdom will work hard in parallel to continue to introduce substantial public and private sector development projects, which will make an important contribution to the improvement of citizens’ living standards and to Bahrain’s sustainable diversification efforts. The Crown Prince highlighted that a key priority for the coming period is the introduction of meaningful steps to transform the private sector’s role as a driver for growth, and added that it is exactly this ambition that will drive innovation and competitiveness across Bahrain’s thriving economic sectors and attract new levels of international investment. The Crown Prince went on to emphasise that Bahrain’s next development phase is wholly focused on investing in citizens’ futures and guaranteeing high quality opportunities for all Bahrainis. The Crown Prince concluded by extending his appreciation for the important contribution that Bahrainis make to the Kingdom’s development, and stressed that the national values underpinning the strong bonds that exist amongst the people of Bahrain are at the heart of the Kingdom’s long-term prosperity and stability. The majlis hosts and guests expressed their gratitude for the Crown Prince’s visit, and highlighted the important role Ramdan majlis visits play in facilitating discussions on the nation’s long-term development. His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman Al Khalifa, son of the Crown Prince, accompanied His Royal Highness the Crown Prince during his majlis visits.
