Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Patronizes Closing Ceremony of 4th King Abdulaziz Camel Festival

Al-Sayahid, January 26, 2020, SPA -- The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud patronized here today the closing ceremony of the 4th King Abdulaziz Camel Festival. Upon arrival at the ceremony's venue, the King was received by His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Riyadh Region; His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defense, and Supervisor General of the Camel Club; Prince Turki bin Mohammed bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, Minister of State and Cabinet's Member; Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Interior; Prince Abdullah bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Minister of National Guard; and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Camel Club and Supervisor General of the Festival Fahd bin Falah bin Hathleen. Then, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques received Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, Crown Prince of Kuwait; Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai; Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Personal Representative of the King of Bahrain; Sheikh Saad bin Mohammed Al-Saadi, Minister of Sports Affairs of the Sultanate of Oman; Sheikh Sultan bin Suhaim Al Thani; Sheikh Mubarak bin Khalifa Al Thani; Sheikh Jassim bin Khalifa Al Thani; Sheikh Fahad bin Abdullah Al Thani and Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa Al Thani. After that, the Royal anthem was played. Verses of the Holy Quran were recited. A speech ceremony was held on this occasion. Then, Fahd bin Fallah bin Hathlain, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Camel Club and Supervisor General of King Abdulaziz Camel Festival, thanked the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud for patronizing the 4th session of the festival. He added that the Camel Club launched a package of economic decisions aiming to develop this sector. Then, the last two heats of the camel race were started. After that, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud handed over the prizes to the winners of the first positions of the 4th King Abdulaziz Camel Festival. Later, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques witnessed some events presented by the Camel Club. On this occasion, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques received a memorial gift from the Camel Club. Then, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and the attendees graced the luncheon prepared on this occasion. The closing ceremony of the 4th King Abdulaziz Camel Festival was attended by Prince Khaled bin Fahd bin Khaled; Prince Mohammed bin Fahad bin Abdulaziz; Prince Saud bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz; Prince Khaled bin Saad bin Fahd; Prince Khaled bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques; and a number of princes and senior officials. --SPA
