Deputy Premier meets Malaysian delegation

Manama, Nov.25 (BNA): Deputy Premier, Head of the Ministerial Committee for Construction and Infrastructure, Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al-Khalifa today received Malaysian EAG Chief Operating Officer Datuk Syed Mohamed and SCOMI Engineering CEO Kanesan Velluppillai. The meeting was attended by Ahmed Shahezan. The Deputy Premier underlined Bahrain's keen interest in developing cooperation with the Malaysian Government and companies to upgrade infrastructure. He hailed solid bilateral relations and steadily-growing cooperation. The two sides discussed issues of mutual interest, focusing particularly on the development of the sectors of transportation, public transport, waste management and design of external green spaces.
