Deputy Premier receives Edamah officials

Manama, July 17 (BNA): Deputy Prime Minister, Chairman of the Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Company (Mumtalakat) Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al-Khalifa stressed the importance of engaging specialised national competences to translate the visions and aspirations of Government-owned firms into successful projects with rewarding economic dividends.  The Deputy Premier made the statement as he received at Gudaibiya Palace Bahrain Real Estate Investment (Edamah) Chairman Khalid Amro Al-Romaihi, who introduced the newly-appointed Chief Executive Officer Amine Al-Arayyad.  The Deputy Premier wished the new Edamah CEO success in performing his duties to enhance the role of the company in running the real estate investment portfolio, in addition to trade and tourism projects.  He commended the strategic role of Edamah in spearheading key projects which include the Sa’ada, the development of Aljazayer beach and the multi-storey car parking in Adliya and Salmaniya.  Edamah Chairman expressed thanks and appreciation to the Deputy Premier, adding that the company would finalise the strategic plan to optimize the investment of its assets. He also outlined the progress of work on projects across Bahrain.
