Doha to Host GCC Red Crescent Societies Meeting Next Monday

Riyadh, March 23 (QNA) - The scientific committee to activate the teaching of humanitarian work at the GCC Red Crescent Societies will hold its first meeting in Doha next Monday. The committee will discuss the proposals on the overall perception of activating the teaching of humanitarian work, and sum up and evaluate the training programs implemented by each society in order to prepare a comprehensive vision about activating the teaching of humanitarian work as a diploma or academic program in order to cover the need for specialist cadres in this field. The committee will review the recommendations to be presented to the 10th meeting of the GCC Red Crescent Societies Presidents, scheduled to be held in Doha in April 2015. (QNA)
