DPRK Player Wins in 2018 ITTF World Tour Korea-Open

Pyongyang, July 20 (KCNA) -- DPRK player Ham Yu Song placed first in the 2018 ITTF World Tour Korea Open. It started in Taejon of south Korea on July 17. It brought together more than 230 ace men and women players from 28 countries and regions including the DPRK, China, Singapore, Germany and Spain. At U-21 men's singles Ham Yu Song defeated his rivals in quarter finals and semi finals to advance into the finals. In the finals on July 18, Ham beat his Japanese rival 3:1, thus winning the first victory in the games. -0-
