EAEU member-nations plans to approve development plan by 2030 - Russian President’s aide

MOSCOW, October 12. /TASS/. Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) nations plan to approve main areas and targets of development by 2030 and launch preparation of a common identification system of foreign economic activity participants at the summit on October 16, Russian President’s aide Yuri Ushakov said on Monday. "It is planned to approve main areas of economic development of the EAEU," Ushakov said. "This document sets out socioeconomic development targets of the Union’s member-states for a long term until 2030," he added. "The decision is expected to be taken on establishment of the new working group that will deal with examination of a common system for identification of foreign economic activity participants," the presidential aide said. "I refer to introduction of a customs identification number to be common for the whole Union," he added. "Implementation of this issue will make possible to standardize requirements to import of goods to the territory of the Union and simplify the customs regulation procedure," the assistant to the president said.
