Education statistics of 2013

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ In 2013-2014 academic year, a total of 907.6 thousand students and pupils enrolled in all levels of educational institutions. A number of pupils and freshmen grew by 9.7 thousand, or 1.1 percent against 2012. In 2012-2013 academic year, 149.6 thousand students and pupils graduated from all level of educational institutions. 48.6 thous.pupils completed 9th grade, 40.4 thous.pupils--11th grade, 23.4 thousand--technical and vocational schools, and 37.2 thousand--universities, higher educational institutions and colleges.
