Emirates Red Crescent begins distribution of Ramadan food baskets in Gaza Strip

GAZA: Emirates Red Crescent has begun the implementation of its Ramadan Project in the Gaza Strip, which includes the distribution of food baskets to poor families and orphans. Humaid Rashid Al Shamsi, Acting Deputy Secretary-General of International Aid at the Red Crescent, said that the Ramadan Project includes the distribution of food parcels to thousands of families. Emad Abu Laban, Director of the Emirates Red Crescent in the Gaza Strip, said that since the first day of Ramadan, the Office had begun distributing food baskets.
